The service, in plain language.

The product
CookieRay is a hosted consent banner, scanner and audit log. HasThemes provides it as-is. It is a tool, not legal advice, and it does not make a site compliant by itself.
Your account
One person owns the account. You are responsible for the sites you add, the script you paste, and anyone you invite. Do not scan machines you do not control, and do not use the service to break the law.
Plans
Limits and list prices live on the pricing page. Card payments are not connected yet; a paid plan is set by hand. We may change prices with notice on the account. Downgrades take effect on the published banner as well as in the dashboard.
Availability
We aim to keep the banner and consent API up. Scans need a real browser and can fail on a site that will not load. We are not liable for lost profits or for a regulator’s view of your site.
